When to use Monday affirmations

The best time to say Monday affirmations is first thing Monday morning. Then repeat them throughout the day, particularly when feeling disheartened or challenged. Immediate remove any negative thoughts with the affirmations to attract positive results. 

Keep repeating the affirmations until you vibe with what you are saying. It may take 3 times or 50! Just keep reinforcing the feelings and beliefs. 

 

How to use affirmations

1. Sit in a yoga position and clear your mind, breathe and repeat the affirmations while in a meditative state. Connect deeply and believe the words of your affirmations. 

2. Write them down several times a day. You can use the 3-6-9 method and write them 3 times in the morning, 6 times throughout the day, and 9 times at night. 

3. Say them as incantations while you jump around or do movement that releases positive endorphins to really ignite the good vibrations within you and connect positivity to your Mondays. 

 

 

Do not think about what you don't want, only what you do want. When you think about what you don't want, you attract more of that into your life. Let go of any thoughts of not having or feeling bad for your life situation. Immediately replace those thoughts with what you do want and how you want your live to be.
