Celebrates the birthday of Benito Juarez, an important Mexican politician. Juarez was and important part of instating new changes to the Mexican government in the mid-1800s. Later he became president a position he held for many years and during many important events. It is officially celebrated on March 21st, but is observed on the third Monday in March.
