Beat the Heat Month

February is Beat the Heat Month! Who thinks about beating the heat in the middle of winter? Well, this isn't about summertime heat. This month is all about raising awareness for female cats entering their heat season! The ASPCA encourages pet owners to spay their female cats before February to decrease the chance of potential litters of homeless kittens.
