February is Grapefruit Month! Do you love sweet and salty flavors? Or just sweet? Many people enjoy a halved grapefruit for breakfast with either sugar or salt sprinkled on top. Even grapefruit juice has the fruit's benefits of aiding in blood pressure and heart health, positively influences blood lipid levels, and is filled with vitamin C.
