Vegan Month

November is Vegan Month! If you're unfamiliar with the term, a vegan diet is one that is entirely plant-based and doesn't include any animal products or byproducts (i.e. milk, eggs, cheese). If you've wanted to try the vegan lifestyle, now is a great time to start. Even if you aren't looking to fully transition, there are many amazing vegan recipes to incorporate into whatever diet you lead.
