October is Apple Month! Who doesn't love apples?! Not only are they delicious and good for you, but they are one of the most versatile fruits to cook or bake with. Originally founded in 1904 as National Apple Week, but it was expanded to fill the entire month=. Apple Month´s purpose is to increase apple industry sales, and to enhance consumer awareness and usage of apples and apple products.
