Trinity Sunday

Trinity Sunday is a Christian feast day that celebrates the Holy Trinity and falls on the Sunday after Pentecost. Special church services are held on this day which often include the reading of the Athanasian Creed, a Christian statement focused on the belief in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Johann Bach composed several cantatas for Trinity Sunday which are still sometimes performed on this day.
