CanDo Day is an inspirational holiday that is a reminder that willpower and a Can Do spirit can help achieve your dreams. It is celebrated on January 4th as a day of encouragement to remind you that you are capable of achieving your goals and dreams. 

Founded by Adam Bremen, who suffers from cerebral palsy and has been wheelchair-bound for most of his life. As a proponent of the Keto diet to help him gain energy and live healthier, he founded Keto Krisp snack bars to share the benefits of a Keto diet with others. His Can Do spirit inspired this day.
