Choose Happiness Day is inspired by the happiness trend to follow and pursue a happy attitude and spirit through all of life's obstacles and challenges. The day was created by a struggling single mother who faced many challenges and found happiness in the small moments of joy with her kids. She realized how kids could be affected by her struggles and hardships. By embracing a positive attitude and reinforcing a happy mindset and choosing to be happy and laugh and have fun with her kids, she saw the difference it made in not only their well-being, but her own. This inspired the creation of Choose Happiness Day.
