Columnists Day is April 18th

Freedom of press is an important part of any free society. In order to have an informed population, we all need columnists who are willing to write about everything that’s going on and expose the truth. And sometimes finding the truth can be a tough job. Columnists Day celebrates columnists and other essential newspaper workers such as researchers and editors, without whom a newspaper could never get made.
