Day of Action for the Seals

International Day of Action for the Seals is March 15th

This is the day to take action against the slaughter of seal pups sponsored by Harpseals.org, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Charity Working to End the Slaughter of Harp Seals in Canada.

The seal hunt is approved and promoted by Canada's government, so it is a legal act. The baby seals are killed for their beautiful white fur before they shed it. 

HarpSeals.org hopes to raise awareness of the bad slaughter practices and change reduce the numbers of slaughtered pups. You can help by participating in protesting with your friends, spread the word on social media and speak out for the Seals.
