Many laws are now in place to protect industrial workers, but they still do the grunt work in a factory and deserve to be paid and treated with respect. Industrial workers are an important part of the workforce. They build and maintain machines, keep factories running, and produce the goods we use every day. Their jobs may not be as dangerous or dirty as they once were, but they are still essential to the economy.
