Kiss a Ginger Day is January 12th

True red hair is present in only about 1-2% of the population, which makes redheads some of the most special people on Earth. Unfortunately, this uniqueness has inspired negative reactions towards redheads the way uniqueness often does. This holiday is a response to Kick A Ginger Day, a day in November started by South Park. This is a much nicer way to celebrate our redheaded loved ones! If you are a redhead, today is the day to celebrate it and be proud of who you are. If you're not, today is the day to lift up your friends with red hair and give them lots of kisses (as long as you have their permission).
