Money is nice to have, but happiness is so much more important. This holiday is about keeping your personal happiness first by laughing as much as possible. Try to find reasons to laugh even when your life gets hard. Studies prove that happier people tend to be more productive in business settings, so all of that laughing can help you get rich!

Who ever said a good chuckle was bad? To have a holiday dedicated to not only laughing, also to make money while doing so? It couldn't get any better than that! Well, we are in luck, because every February 8th it's Laugh and Get Rich Day! This holiday is made to encourage those around us and ourselves to look at the brighter side of things while we make money. 

Why Laugh?

Laughing is like a medicine for the heart, when we are in pain one of the best remedies is to laugh our butts off. Get in a good laugh and you will already find yourself feeling better! So why not make money while getting a good laugh? Going to work day to day may seem to be heavy and taxing for us, but if we look at the joyous, lighter side of things, we will find ourselves able to laugh and have a better time at work. 

Laughter doesn't make us feel good for no reason, there is, in fact, health benefits from laughing. By laughing you not only relax your body, but you are doing a number of other things, such as boosting your immune system, producing endorphins, protecting your heart, and of course burning calories! I don't know a more simple, fun, and good physical activity there is to do. So the next time you go into a bout of screaming laughter, just know your getting in a good workout. 

Laughter unites us through jokes and fun. Being able to share a laugh with your family, friends, and colleagues makes laughing all the better. On this holiday, you are not just looking at the things to laugh at, but you are looking at the things you can laugh with.
