Let it Go Day is June 23rd

You know those little things from your past that you’re still holding on to? Maybe it’s a past relationship or an old job or just a bad situation you’re carrying baggage from. We all have them, but life can be a whole lot easier if we just learn to let them go. Let it Go day is a holiday dedicated to doing as Elsa would do and just letting it go. Sometimes letting it go can be as simple as deciding not to care any more but a lot of the time it requires a little bit more. Maybe you need some kind of closure. You can achieve this by having a healthy conversation with another person involved in your struggle or doing some kind of ritual like getting rid of items from the past that remind you of old troubles. Maybe it would help you to talk to someone you trust like a therapist or a good friend. Celebrate Let it Go Day by figuring out what you need to move on in your life so that tomorrow you can wake up ready to shift all of your focus to the future.
