Celebrating the 88th day in appreciation of the 88 keys on a piano, Piano Day is the day to appreciate this amazing instrument and all of the talented people who play it, build it, tune it, move it and love it. See also, Pianists Day, on November 8th

Most years Piano Day is on March 29th. Only on Leap years does if fall on March 28th. 

The aim of the day is to create a platform for piano related projects in order to promote the development of musical dimensions and to continue sharing the centuries-old joy of playing piano. Piano Day welcomes all kinds of piano lovers — young and old, amateur and professional, of any musical direction.
