Work. Even the word brings to mind an unpleasant and boring environment. But it doesn’t have to be that way! Taking a day every once in awhile to make work fun and engaging can actually improve the performance of your employees. It increases employee morale and can help your workers come together. Recess at Work Day is a day to get your employees active and having fun. You can do outdoor activities for the day, or play games inside if you don’t have the space. This holiday takes place on the third Thursday of June.
