Today is Rice Ball Day. Have you ever made a rice ball? I haven't and I definitely want to try it today. Try making your own. Cook some rice, stuff it with anything you want, traditional Japanese rice balls are typically stuffed with ume or salmon, but you can make type of rice ball with your own creativity. You can also coat or wrap the outside with cheese, seeds, seaweed, or other compliment to the stuffed ingredient.
