Skip the Straw Day

While we celebrate the invention of the straw, they have caused problems with wildlife in the environment and in the oceans. In order to bring awareness to this issue, the 4th Friday in February is Skip the Straw Day. While many organizations and businesses are skipping the straw or changing to more eco-friendly straws, this day it the day to show that we care and skip the straw altogether.
