International Sloth Day is a day to celebrate these adorable creatures! Sloths are one of the slowest animals on earth, but that doesn't mean they're not interesting. They live in trees and eat leaves, and there are two main types of sloth: two-toed and three-toed. They can hang upside down from branches for long periods of time, and they're known for being very calm animals.

So why not take some time on this International Sloth Day to learn more about these amazing creatures? You can visit a local zoo or animal sanctuary, read up on sloths online, or even watch a movie featuring a sloth (like the popular film, Zootopia!). No matter how you choose to celebrate, make sure you do it slowly... just like a sloth!
