Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day

Take our Daughters and Sons to Work Day, previously called Take you Daughter to Work Day, is a day to take your kids to your workplace for the day. The holiday was originally invented for young girls to inspire them to start working towards careers of their own. In 2003, it was expanded to include boys as well so that all children could learn the importance of hard work and also gain a better understanding of what their parents do. This holiday is celebrated on the fourth Thursday in April.
