Tater Tot Day is February 2nd

Tater Tot Day is observed in honor of the creation of the Tater Tot. This potato derived food is essentially a fried potato nugget that is bite-sized and an absolutely delicious way to eat a potato. 

This holiday is a reminder of the goodness that can come from a freezer bag of fried potatoes that makes quite an easy snack, side dish, or even appetizer. Initiated back in 2009, Tater Tot Day has become a favorite among many for simply providing a reason to snack on Tater Tots.

How To Celebrate Tater Tot Day

This is one of the easier holidays to celebrate by simply grabbing a bag, maybe adding some dip or toppings, and enjoying this fun food with friends and family.  

This holiday can bring people together by simply having them hangout and share a beloved snack that is not usually celebrated.
