Toothache Day is February 9th

Toothaches have been one of the biggest signs that something has gone wrong with your dental health. Be it a sharp pain or a slight pain, we've all wondered what was going on our teeth? However, we have a holiday just to give us awareness on our dental health! Every February 9th, Toothache Day is observed nationwide to give awareness to those little toothaches we have. 

Dental health has always been an important part of mankind, as we have always needed make certain of our clean teeth. Be it from simple cleaning to treating alignments that plague us. In fact, dental health has been around since 7000 BC! Making it very clear to us just how important our teeth have been to us since the very beginning of our civilizations. 

Good dental health can lead to a healthier life in general as it helps clean the bad bacteria within our mouths, allowing us to have better mouth health and enjoy food more. Before the time of false teeth being invented, many humans lost their teeth permanently, putting emphasis on how it was important to have good, clean teeth. Good clean teeth allow us to prevent several problems that have plagued us since our very childhood. 

Having clean teeth has never been more important. Living a healthy life with healthy teeth grants us with a lifetime of happiness. After all a happy body equals a happy life!
