Started in Australia as part of the country’s National EOS Awareness Week, to raise awareness for eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders (EGIDs). The challenge is a fundraising challenge for people to abstain from the top 8 allergenic foods for 24 hours and donate towards the research.
