World Migratory Bird Day

World Migratory Bird Day is a designated UN observance for Bird conservation. The day is celebrated the 2nd Saturday in October and May at peak migration times to raise awareness of the threats to migratory birds and their habitats. This day is to unite the world to work together to take action in order to protect migratory birds and their ecological environments.
