World Plumbing Day is March 11th

I think we can all agree that plumbing is a pretty amazing thing. Because of it we can transport running water into our houses and dirty water out. But plumbing is so much more than just a modern convenience. Indoor plumbing greatly improves the health of societies where it is universally utilized, so it’s important to try to bring plumbing to third world countries where health standards are still improving. World Plumbing Day was initiated by the World Plumbing Council to inspire people to remember just how important plumbing is to the way we live today.
